Scheduling Fee

Before you can schedule a shipment, you must first fill out your Design Profile.. Once you’ve saved your important info, you can schedule a shipment from the calendar on your home page. Simply select your desired delivery date and your estimated shipping date will also appear on your home page after the delivery is scheduled.  To learn more about our shipping practices, please see our policies for shipping below.


Checkout Purchase

Once your items are curated and delivered to you, you will receive a notification that you are ready for checkout.  You may decide which items you want to keep and which items you wish to return at no charge to you, simply use the pre-paid return mailing label.  To learn more about our return policy, please read below.

Any items kept will be charged on the payment method you provide for the retail price indicated for each item.  Please note: Checkout will be required within 5 business days before you will be charged for all items.  If there are any extenuating circumstances that prevent you from checking out on time, you may always contact customerservice@dohomewell.com

Damaged Items

Damages Policy

We take the quality of our products extremely seriously.  If you have received an item that arrives damaged, simply take a picture of that item and email it to customerservice@dohomewell.com and we will promptly send a replacement item. Otherwise, if damaged and you do not wish to purchase the item please send a picture to customerservice@dohomewell.com and we will not require a return and will not charge you.  In the event that you wish to purchase but the item replacement is unavailable, we will provide multiple options for exchange which you can purchase and receive as a replacement promptly. 


Return Policy


Due the fragile nature of the items that are being sent to you, we ask that you handle the items with care when returning.  Please re-use any packaging materials (bubble wrap, foam board, expandable foam) to carefully secure and return the items back to HomeWell.  Use this packaging guide from UPS regarding secure packaging practices.  


Shipping Policy

Estimated Ship Date

We strive to send you your delivery as soon as we can.  As we grow, our current shipping lead time is 2 weeks from scheduled delivery until shipment.  On your homepage you will only be able to select a date that is 2 weeks out from the day you place your order.  As a company, it is extremely important to make all deliveries by that estimated ship date, however, there may be times where order volume is very high.  If that is the case we will always reach out before hand if we anticipate your order may be slightly delayed to give you further options for your scheduled delivery.
